One thing about living in KL is budgeting issues. its a serious issue. i guess i cant run away from it either. so i'm gonna start limiting myself to spending on what i like only once a month. and so, this month's best buy is a dress and a pair of yellow shoes. i love my yellow shoes!

the dress i bought is from 'Treats' is nice and just the length i want, but Luke thinks the 3 dresses i tried on in 'Padini' looks better on me. well, guess i'll just have to wait till next month to get one dress from 'Padini'. i've never had a long dress before. so, i guess there is always a first time. :)
